Dolby & Mic Sound Issues

To resolve sound echoes and Mic not working or sound issues:

  • In the Search Icon on the lower left, type Sound and select Sound Control Panel, when the Sound dialogue box opens, select Speaker/HP and click on properties in the lower right. Another dialogue box will open, go to the Dolby Audio tab and Turn off, click OK to apply
  • For the Mic, repeat the above except select the Recording tab when the Sound dialogue box opens, Select Microphone, click on properties in the lower right, click the Enhancements tab, check "disable all sound effects", click OK to apply
