  • Please unplug the device and close the lid, allowing it to sit for approximately 10 minutes before reopening it.
  • If the device has already been sitting, open the lid and hold down the power button for 60 seconds, release, close the lid. Wait one minute.
  • Open the lid.
  • If the device powers on properly, please proceed to **power wash the device and return it to the classroom. 
  • If the device does not turn on, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then close the lid. After waiting about 30 seconds, plug the device back in and reopen the lid. If it still does not power on, press the power button once. 
  • If the device remains unresponsive, please send it to us for further assistance.

 

**Power washing steps

  • Press the 'Esc', 'Refresh' and 'Power' keys
  • Select 'Ctrl + Alt + D'
  • Press 'Enter', then 'Space', and 'Enter' again (for some newer models, simply pressing 'Enter' may suffice)
